2020-21 Reopening Plans

The health and safety of our students, families, and staff is our top priority and we are committed to reopening only when it is safe to do so.

Our schools opened virtually on Monday, August 31st and will remain fully remote for the month of September. Schools may transition to hybrid learning as early as October 5th, but the decision to open our doors will be made with extreme caution and will follow local and state guidance. Please see our more detailed plans below for more information.

Partnering with Families

Partnering with families is vital to ensuring the success of our students and schools. It is through our partnership with families that we are able to fulfill our mission of preparing students to enter, succeed in, and graduate from college without the support of our families. Family events are held at each campus at least once every two months. Flyers and messages inviting families to upcoming meetings and events are sent home with students, posted on campus websites, and are sent in our e-newsletters. Food and child care are always provided.

In addition to campus events, Roxbury Prep is committed to maintaining frequent communication with our families by offering the following: back-to-school nights and family potluck dinners, campus newsletters and postcards, family conferences, monthly progress reports, end-of-quarter report cards, and more.
