Info for Families
Partnering with families is vital to ensuring the success of our students and schools. We recognize that we cannot fulfill our mission of preparing students to enter, succeed in, and graduate from college without the support of our families. Family events are held at each campus at least once every two months. Flyers and messages for these events are sent home inviting families to the upcoming meetings or events, and food/child care are always provided.
In addition to campus events, Roxbury Prep is committed to maintaining frequent communication with our families by offering the following:
Family potluck dinners
Teacher-family/Advisor-family phone calls
Monthly progress reports and end-of-quarter report cards
Conferences with students, families, and teachers
Summer placement resources
Other Saturday and evening programs for students and families

School report card
The school report card contains information required by the federal Elementary and Secondary Education Act (ESEA) for our school and district including: student enrollment and teacher qualifications, student achievement, accountability, and the progress our school is making toward narrowing proficiency gaps for different groups of students. Roxbury Prep’s current Report Card can be found here.
