Welcome to the Uncommon Schools Solicitations portal. We are committed to fostering a transparent, competitive, and fair procurement process. Uncommon Schools operates across over 50 sites in New York, New Jersey, and Massachusetts. Solicitations may be for goods and services required across all sites, or may be specific to one or more locations. Vendors are responsible for reviewing the geographic requirements of each solicitation carefully prior to submission.

Uncommon Schools has completed the written proposal evaluation phase of its Request for Proposals for Managed IT Services (RFP # 2026-06-USI). Following a thorough and competitive review by our Vendor Selection Committee, three finalist firms have been selected to advance to the finalist presentation phase. All three finalists submitted proposals covering both service areas — Enterprise Managed Services and End User Service and Support.

We thank all offerors who submitted proposals for their interest and effort. Finalist presentations are scheduled for September 2026, with a target vendor selection date of October 30, 2026.

Questions regarding this RFP must continue to be submitted in writing to msp.rfp.2026@uncommonschools.org. The No-Contact Policy described in Section 2.7 of the RFP remains in effect throughout the remainder of the process.
