Roxbury Prep Mission Hill Campus Leaders

Ryan Kelly
Prior to becoming Principal at RPC, Mr. Kelly was a 7th grade Math teacher, Math Department Coach and Dean of Curriculum and Instruction. Before joining Roxbury Prep, Mr. Kelly taught 7th and 8th grade Math and Science at MicroSociety Magnet School in New Haven, CT as a Teach for America corps Member. Mr. Kelly holds an M.A.T. from Simmons College and a B.A. in Government and International Relations from Clark University.


Eddie Branchaud
Director of Operations
Before he became the school’s Director of Operations, Mr. Branchaud taught 7th grade Science at RPC. Prior to joining Roxbury Prep, Mr. Branchaud was the Principal at the Robert Muller LIFE School in Panajachel, Guatemala. He also spent three years at the Bronx Latin School, teaching 7th & 8th grade science and math as a Teach for America corps member and serving as a grade team leader and science department chair. Mr. Branchaud holds a B.S. in Aerospace Engineering from Boston University, an M.S. in Education from Bank Street College of Education, and a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from the California Institute of Technology.



Roxbury Prep Lucy Stone Campus Leaders

Nikhil Bhatia


As a Teach for America corps member in Chicago, Mr. Bhatia taught high school science before moving to Boston and joining Roxbury Prep. When he joined RPLS, he was a teacher, instructional coach, and grade level chair before stepping into a school leadership role. Mr. Bhatia holds a B.A. from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in Political Science and is currently enrolled in the Relay Graduate School of Education.


Meekerley Sanon


Prior to becoming Co-Principal at RPLS, Ms. Sanon was a founding 5th, 6th, 7th, and 8th grade science teacher, in addition to serving as science instructional coach. Ms. Sanon holds a B.S. in Brain & Cognitive Sciences from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and an M.S. in Nonprofit Management from Northeastern University.


Jon Beck
Director of Operations 

Before he became RPLS’ Director of Operations, Mr. Beck was a 6th grade math teacher at Roxbury Prep’s Mission Hill Campus. He also served as the school’s Math Department Facilitator, Instructional Leader, Communities and Activities Coordinator, and Co-Director of Summer School. Before he joined Roxbury Prep, Mr. Beck worked for Explo, a non-profit organization that runs academic summer programs. Mr. Beck holds a B.A. in Politics from Ithaca College and an M.S. in Education from the University of Pennsylvania.



Roxbury Prep Dorchester Campus Leaders

Dan Cosgrove
Before coming to Roxbury Prep, Mr. Cosgrove was a teacher and instructional coach at Uncommon Schools Leadership Prep Bedford Stuyvesant in Brooklyn. He joined LPBS as a Teach for America corps member and taught grades 3-4 before becoming an instructional coach for science and history teachers. He then became Dean of Students for LPBS’ Middle Academy. Mr. Cosgrove graduated from Trinity College and the Relay Graduate School of Education.


MyHanh Ozonoff
Co-Director of Operations

A native of Dorchester, Ms. Ozonoff first joined Uncommon Schools working for the Boston-Troy-Rochester Regional Team before becoming an Operations Fellow at RPDC. Prior to joining Uncommon, she advised students and families and supported program operations at the Steppingstone Foundation. Ms. Ozonoff holds a B.A. in Human Development from Boston College, and an M.S. in Education from Boston University. She is also an Education Pioneer Visiting Fellow Alumna.


John Verrilli

Co-Director of Operations
Before joining Roxbury Prep, Mr. Verrilli for nearly three decades in broadcast news, serving as News Director at two CBS stations, KDKA in Pittsburgh and WBZ-TV in Boston. He is excited to bring his management experience to the Operations Team at RPDC and is dedicated to closing the achievement gap for students in Boston. Mr. Verrilli holds a B.A. in History from Lafayette College.


Roxbury Prep High School Campus Leaders

Shradha M. Patel
Ms. Patel previously served as Principal and Dean of Curriculum and Instruction at Roxbury Prep Lucy Stone. Prior to joining RPHS, she was the Middle Academy Director at Uncommon Schools Excellence Boys Charter School in Brooklyn. Before leading Excellence Boys, she served as the 8th Grade History Teacher, Enrichment Coordinator, and Graduate Services Coordinator for six years at Roxbury Prep’s Mission Hill campus. Ms. Patel holds a B.S. in Education from Brown University and an M.A. in History from Tufts University.


Adam Seidel

Director of Operations

Prior to becoming the Director of Operations at RPHS, Mr. Seidel served as the Director of Operations at the Roxbury Prep’s Lucy Stone Campus for three years. He had also served as the Special Projects Coordinator at Roxbury Prep’s Dorchester Campus in the school’s founding year. Before he joined Roxbury Prep, Mr. Seidel was a Managing Director, National Program Director, and Community Development Fellow at Common Cents in New York. Mr. Seidel holds a Bachelor of Arts and Sciences in Politics from Oberlin College and a Master’s in Public Administration from Baruch College.
